pioneering force in the industry. Beginning his journey in Film and TV he started out in music videos working along side directors Hype Williams, Little X, and more. While gaining invaluable experience his journey landed him at BET Networks, where he honed his craft and
quickly rose to prominence as a director and editor of multiple award-winning campaigns and commercials.
One of John's
crowning achievements came as a producer and lead editor of MTV's "Suckerfree Countdown," the groundbreaking program that redefined the music television
landscape. John then further
showcased his talents as a consulting producer and editor for "Nas: Time is Illmatic," a seminal documentary that resonated deeply with
audiences worldwide. His contributions added depth and nuance to the
film, earning widespread acclaim.
Transitioning
seamlessly into the digital realm, John then directed and edited hit web series shows and documentaries for
Complex Media, pushing the boundaries of multimedia storytelling and
captivating audiences with his compelling narratives. From film to TV, John's distinctive style and keen storytelling abilities propelled him to later create and sell pilot shows to NBC universal , setting the stage for his illustrious
career in TV working with Paramount, VH1 and MTV Studios creative branding for multiple new shows and movies. Looking towards the future he is currentley engrossed in his personal documentary work and building the Stereomotiom Media brand with new and creative projects and ventures.
